Comment: We reviewed active permit Sites 2A, 213, 11, 15A, 1513, and an area in the D Section that maw
maintenance for an old broken CMP. Bore and jack operation at Site 2 was inactive (on pause,) and
partially complete. EC measures were maintained and in place for pit dewatering operation. Site 11
was a completed pipe lining operation. More work was needed to repair temporary impacts at inlet.
Riprap was not placed at outlet yet and may not be needed. Site 15 was an active pipe lining operation
that was to be completed in a day or two. Temporary impacts were still in place for pump around.
