Comment: I reviewed NPDES records for the E Section as NCDOT staff observed and answered questions. We
discussed form entries for all weeks the project has been active--17 weeks. All forms were completed
satisfactorily, inpsections were made weekly and following 1.0 inch of rain, and a rain gage is on site to
monitor precipitation. SDO entries and add-ons were entered and repaired as needed.
