Dear Reporting Section:
Please End attached the May 2021 monthly stormwater Discharge Monitoring Report for SD02 at
the Duke University Transportation Maintenance Garage. An analytical sample was acquired from
SD02 on 5/3/2021 with results demonstrating pH and total suspended solids within and below the
established benchmark parameters, respectively, and one exceedance for Oil and Grease. The facility
remains in Tier 1 for SDO1 for Oil and Grease and Tier 2 for SD02 for Total Suspended Solids.
Site supervisors will receive stormwater pollution prevention training prior to 07/15/202I .
Stormwater inspections of the site were implemented in May 2021 and will continue to take place
monthly
