The project consists of construction of an apartment complex and associated
infrastructure. The only impacts associated with the project are buffer impacts
necessary for construction of the outfall for the wet detention SCM.

construct the project.

Buffer impacts will occur for the outfall of the SCM, which is "Allowable Upon
Authorization".

1. Avoidance and Minimization
1a. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project.*
The project has been designed to avoid all impacts to wetlands and streams. The
only proposed impacts are for the SCM outfall. The outfall has been designed to
minimize buffer impacts by designing the outfall to cross the buffers perpendicularly.
1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques.*
Silt fencing will be installed around all disturbed areas prior to construction. Access
during construction will occur within uplands.
