We are proposing to build a new residence at 1321 Sagamore Drive
Louisburg NC.
Part of the deck and covered porch are in the 50' buffer zone of Lake
Royale but not in the first 30 ft from the lake. I will send a map of its
location and the proposed work.

401 Certification Rule the following statements:
