Thanks Roberto I understand on timing. Have I outlined the steps to decommission correctly?

Due to the nature of our work my calendar fills up quickly. As of today my schedule for the next two
weeks is open. If you pick a day usually 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. works best for an inspection time. Please let
me know a date that will work best for you.
Thankyou

Roberto,
Hope all is well. I am following up on our recent conversation to let you know where we are with the
installation of the new sewer system and to confirm the steps for decommissioning the WWTP.
i
Although we are making good progress, we are running slightly behind schedule due to weather and a
bad manhole. The manhole will be replaced tomorrow and we expect to have testing completed next
week to be followed shortly by the final inspection.
My understanding is that we can proceed forward with the cut over to the new system as soon as we
pass the final inspection from the town and WSACC. When that is done we can move forward to
pumping any liquid through the new system and remove any remaining sludge.
You will then come out to inspect that the pipes to the WWTP are either cut and/or grouted to confirm
that it is no longer in operation. Following your inspection, we can then proceed forward with the
demolition of the WWTP and at the same time you will file the necessary paperwork with Charlotte to
rescind the permit. We must continue to file the required paperwork until we are notified that the
permit is rescinded.
If you could let me know the dates you have available for inspection over the next couple of weeks it
would be helpful.
Please let me know if I have misstated anything.
Thanks!
