This type of inspection consists of two basic parts: an in -office file review and an on -site inspection of the treatment facility. The attached EPA inspection form details the areas that were evaluated during this inspection. The inspection of the facility was satisfactory. A permit renewal application has been submitted. *Flow is estimated using the potable water meter. *The effluent was very clear on the day of the inspection. *The effluent is discharged into Cane Creek in the Cape Fear River Basin.
