As requested, a memo was received requiring update and registration in the eDMR system. Upon review and in
alignment with site personnel changes. We require the owner contact, facility contact, permit contact and billing contact
to be updated to reflect removal of (William Eric Ferrell) and replaced as myself (Samuel Toke) for NPDES NCG060354,
Hospira Inc. As indicated on the DEQ web portal this only required email notification, however if there are additional
needs please let me know.
