I initially thought it was in line with the proposed sand filter (great design). However, it is actually a stand -alone device to treat the entire 23.7 ac MRO Facility portion of the site (not acceptable). So it is another hold letter, not an approval as we'd both hoped. I think they may have an option to do infiltration though in the same footprint (much like the Ashley site). Thanks, Annette Annette M. Please provide a stormwater management plan that removes 85% of the TSS from the entire MRO site. The DWQ highly recommends that you contact Annette Lucas DWQ at (919) 807 -6381 to discuss the options available for treating stormwater on the MRO portion of the site.
