The following restates your questions/comments and is then followed by our response. Additional Information Requested 1. Please indicate all buffer impacts on the site plan. Please find the attached revised site plan. 2. Please show Zone 1 and Zone 2 of the buffer as an overlay on your site plan. Please locate any planned sewer lines on the site plan. The proposed Willow Creek subdivision application did not request approval for a USACE Nationwide Permit 12 or the associated NC DWQ General Certification #3374, because there are no utilities proposed within the buffers or jurisdictional areas. We have however, provided a revised site plan that shows the proposed sewer lines with associated sewer easements. It should be noted that there are no additional impacts to any jurisdictional or riparian areas associated with the utility installation. 4. Please provide an inventory of proposed project imperviousness area based on the estimated built-out conditions. Your calculations do not appear to include driveways. Please revise your calculations and percent imperviousness. Per section XI (Stormwater) of the Pre-construction Notification application, if the anticipated impervious surface exceeds 20%, calculations must be provided that demonstrate total impervious. We supplied you with ari impervious calculation break down as a courtesy only. The anticipated post-construction impervious surface is not anticipated to exceed 20% and therefore, a detailed calculation inventory is not required. Subject Property: Willow Creek Subdivision Ut to Black Creek [030404, 27-45-(1), BSIV, NSW] REQUEST FOR MORE INFORMATION Dear Mr. Herbert: On January 8, 2007, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received your application dated January 4, 2007, to impact 0.10 acres of 404/wetland, 20 linear feet of perennial stream and 0.00 square feet of Zone 1 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffers and 0.00 square feet of Zone 2 Neuse River basin protected riparian buffers to construct the proposed residential subdivision. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below. The DWQ will require additional information in order to process your application to impact protected wetlands and/or streams on the subject property. Therefore, unless we receive five copies of the additional information requested below, we will have to move toward denial of your. application as required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506 and will place this project on hold as incomplete until we receive this additional information. If we do not hear from you within three weeks, we will assume that you no longer want to pursue this project and we will consider the project as withdrawn. This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize'any impacts to wetlands, waters or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested; within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the DWQ.
