IV. ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS
The facility is well -operated and well -maintained. Reporting is accurate and timely. Location data for groundwater
monitoring wells appear to be inaccurate. Coordinates provided in the renewal application are slightly different than
coordinates in BIMS; clarification can be made when the site map is updated.
