Upon further review, the check was incorrectly made out for $200, not
$475. I called Katie Barrett of WNR & she indicated that another check
would be coming reflecting the correct amount of $475.
The project will remain on hold pending receipt of all requested items
and required criteria to begin the review process.

Laurie: please look at the mitigation plan, you will find a copy of a vicinity map within the first
couple pages. My copy here has 3 vicinity maps.: one in the public notice, one in the application, and
the final one in the mitigation plan.
Thanks for the email regarding the check and please advise if you nee additional site maps.

The just received check for above project was in the incorrect amount of $200. I called WNR, spoke to
Katie Barrett & was told that another check was coming in the correct amount of $475.
Project remains on HOLD.
