Sonia —this is 13- 0429._ 1 think I've already put it on hold in BIMS for other reasons. We should probably put it
as application withdrawn in BIMS and just give it a new project # when the revised app comes in. What do you

All, Based on an onsite meeting today with Stephen Lane (CAMA) we are respectfully requesting to pull our
recent application submitted on Beaufort Bridge #126. The bridge design will not change and was determined
that the fill slopes cannot be further reduced to avoid or minimize beyond what we already have done. We will
be resubmitting revised plans and permit application with new wetland impacts and open water impacts. It has
yet to be determined based on our final calculations of coastal wetland impacts if it will qualify as a CAMA GP or
CAMA Major permit as well as LIBR submittal vs regular PCN for NWP 3 and 401 permit. We will still not have
any Buffer impacts on this project. Should you have any questions in this matter please give me a call.
