Skvarla, III Secretary Subject: Inspection TIP No. B -5113C Bridge No. 146 NCSR 2173 Buncombe County On January 8, 2013, I inspected the construction work on TIP Project No. B-5113 C, Bridge No. 146, over Stony Fork Creek, on NCSR 2173, in Buncombe County. The inspection included a review of the construction and compliance with the 401 Water Quality Certification. Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and seeding and mulching are performed as required to protect State surface waters. Skvarla, III Secretary 41 ;;5\rOR� gTF7TY On June 10, 2013, I inspected the construction work on TIP Project No. B-5113C, NCSR 2215 (Henson Road), in Rutherford County. The inspection included a review of the construction and compliance with the 401 Water Quality Certification. Construction is underway with the end bents almost completed. Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained in place until all areas are stable and seeding and mulching are performed as required to protect State `surface waters.
