[i think you are familiar with this one for an issue with the buffers... anyway, i go on...] This one includes a partial retrofit of an existing pond... Again, the issue is the same as with Shiloh Crossing... i.e. we proposed ponds followed by a level spreader discharging to a forested filter strip designed per the DWQ Level („}~ ~~14 ~~ Spreader Design Guidance (which i gather is not acceptable now) as ~ ',~ ~ /// opposed to designed to the Stormwater Manual... ~[ ~~, S-tr'. Anyway... GC 3402 states: J "Alternative designs may be requested by the applicant and will be reviewed on a case-by case basis by the Division of Water Quality."
