Dear Ms. Armeni,
Columbia Forest Products has prepared this letter to respond to the Notice of Deficiency issued to the
Old Fort, North Carolina facility on May 27, 2021. The Notice of Deficiency noted submittal of a late DMR
for March 2021 which was submitted on May 20, 2021..Prior to receiving the Notice of Deficiency,
Columbia Forest Products implemented immediate corrective action. Our consultant has added a
monthly calendar check on the 1511 of every month to check and confirm the DMR has been submitted.
If the DMR has.not been submitted, our environmental team will be promptly notified to submit. This
has been implemented for two months now and all DMRs have been submitted on time.
