Dear Mr. Dorney:
Our office received a letter from your office dated June 1, 2007 requesting additional
information on the submittal we have provided for Eagle Farms, Peppermill Drive Impact. Your request
was as follows:
Water Quality Certification, See I, Item 2.. Please state which Permit (Nationwide, Regional or
general) Number you intend to use. You may want to contact the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
(USAGE) to determine which permit they will allow you to use.
I spoke with Ian McMillan on June 19, 2007, and verified what was being asked. This
application is for Isolated Wetland Impacts which do not need a number. The stream crossing already
has a USAGE permit as enclosed in the submittal package.
Please notify me immediately if I need to provide any other information.
