Please find enclosed a Pre - Construction Notification Form with supporting
documentation for the ford constructed at 1028 Compass Creek Drive, Clay
County, Hayesville, NC. 28904, after the January 2013 flood destroyed our
existing bridge accessing five properties. I have completed the required
information to the best of my knowledge. If there is anything more you may
need, please contact me at once at 770 - 461 -8353. Please except my apology
for any violation committed in this matter. It was and is my sincere intention
to protect and preserve the property and wildlife where this impact occurred.
