Hello Sue and David,
In response to Question 1 below our answer is "Yes, we intend to do a full pump around 24/7 (see notes 4 and 5 below
from Sheet 12 of 12 of the Woodcroft design plans) unless a storm event of a sufficient magnitude requires the
contractor to dismantle the diversion (see notes 6 and 7).

Regarding Question 2, it is not our intention to revegetate the Buffer Zones with an herbaceous -only cover type. Our
intention is to restore the vegetation to the cover type that is currently present on site, "like for like". Please find the
updated planting plan and accompanying figure attached which reflect Ms. Munzer's previous comments related to the
Webster Road site.
I hope these responses fully answer your questions. Please let me know if we can provide any additional information on
the details of this project.
Thank you,

Hello Ben,
In reviewing this application I have a couple questions:
1. This seems to be a pretty large stream with a large watershed. You are proposing a complete pump around but
I'm unclear if it will be used only during the days you are working, with water to be allowed back into the
channel at night, weekends, etc) or if you are proposing to pump around 24/7 until the work is done?
2. It appears that the stream currently has a wooded buffer but that you are proposing only seeding with
herbaceous plants upon project completion. Is that correct?
