NCDOT proposes to replace the existing functionally deficient bridge
on SR 2442(Asbury Chapel Rd)over Clarke Creek with a new
bridge.The project is identified in the STIP as BP10.R012.1 and was
formerly known as R.137. STV Engineers, Inc. is providing planning,
design, and Section 404/401 services on behalf of Division 10;a
MCDC is being prepared and a delineation of waters of the U.S. has
been completed by others.
