NCDOT proposes to replace the existing functionally deficient bridge
on SR 1309(Stough Rd)over Wolf Meadow Branch with a new
bridge.The project is identified in the STIP as BP10.R010.1 and was
formerly known as R.132. STV Engineers, Inc. is providing planning,
design, and Section 404/401 services on behalf of Division 10;a
MCDC is being prepared, a delineation of waters of the U.S. has
been completed-jurisdictional waters of the U.S. in the project area
include Wolf Meadow Branch, a pond, and an unnamed tributary
connecting the pond to Wolf Meadow Branch. No wetlands were
identified within the study area.
