As requested by Brad Shaver of the USACE, attached is a revised site plan showing grading limits, which
encompass proposed sediment and erosion control measures and surcharge embankment needed for site
development. Although the engineer was able to reduce wetland impacts at RR469 by 0.09 acre, it was
determined that this was too small an area to be viable. So we have included it in our impact area.
Total proposed impacts are 0.69 acre of wetlands (0.11 acre at RR456 & 0.58 acre at RR469) and 65 LF of
Waters of the US (non -stream) at RR456. As noted in the mod request, 0.27 acre of wetlands and 486 LF of
Waters of the US (non -stream) were previously impacted without authorization.
