28409 ;and MYSTOCAT, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, party of the second
part (the address of the party of the second part is: 3317 Amber Drive, Wilmington. NC 28409).
WITNESSETH:
That the parties of the first part in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considerations to said parties paid by the party of

and sold and by these presents do bargain, sell and convey unto the party of the second part, said
parry's heirs and assigns, the following described property, to wit:
All those certain tracts or parcels of land lying and being situate in
New Hanover County, North Carolina, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Lots Number Twelve (12) Thirteen (13) Fourteen (14) Fifteen (15)
Sixteen (16) Seventeen (17) Eighteen (18) Nineteen (19) of Block
Number Sixty (60) of Sunset Park as recorded by map in Map
Book #2 at Page #22, to which reference is made for a more
specific and exact description, same being recorded in the Registry
of New Hanover County, North Carolina.
This conveyance is made subject to easements of record or on the
ground, restrictive covenants of record and ad valorem taxes for
the current year, which taxes the party of the second part, by
acceptance of this deed, does agree to pay.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said property and all privileges and appurtenances
thereunto belonging to the party of the second part, said parry's heirs and assigns forever.
And the parties of the first part covenant that said parties are seized of said
property in fee and have the right to convey same in fee simple; that the same is free from
encumbrances except any encumbrances or restrictions mentioned above and that said parties
will warrant and defend the title to the same against the lawful claims 'of all persons
whomsoever.
Amy Gaylord Gresham joins in the execution of this deed solely to convey her
marital interest in the property and for no other purpose, and makes none of the warranties
contained herein.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have caused this
instrument to be executed under seal and in such form as to be binding, this the day and year first
above written.
