I've attached the editable pdf version of the PCN here. This crossing was originally permitted in 2008 but not installed —the layout and impacts now are unchanged from 2008. I've also got a call into Annette; as the client doesn't have any actual building plans for his homesites yet, I just used an arbitrarily large value of 20,000 sq.ft. of impervious surface, which on a 5 acre lot only comes out to 9 %. I'm hoping this is an acceptable approach. The client is under a time constraint as his permits from Chatham County run out on July 1, so if you have questions or need additional information please let me know anything I can do to help expedite the process.
