Dear Mr. Tinklenberg,
On May 3, 2013 the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received correspondence pertaining to a
modification request for the above referenced project. The DWQ has determined that your application
was incomplete and/or provided inaccurate information as discussed below.
Additional Information Requested:
DWQ requires five (5) PCN sets to begin the review and approval process. Please remit three (3)
more sets of the modification request. Alan Johnson, DWQ Mooresville Regional office has his
set.
2. Any modification request also requires a new permitting fee based on the new impacts. Based on
the stream impacts of 202 linear feet, the fee would be $570. You need to submit to the DWQ
three (3) more sets along with the applicable fee. The application package should be mailed to:
DENR -DWQ, 1650 Mail Service Center, Raleigh NC 27699 -1650 for review and approval.
This letter only addresses the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands, waters
or protected buffers. Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not
