Violation 1: Pearl millet has been planted for this crop cycle and the WUP is being reviewed by a Technical Specialist to determine the appropriate cropping system to be planted in the fall. Violation 2: Irrigation equipment has been repaired and on March 21, 2019 the old irrigation system was disconnected from the designed system. Violation 3: In the future, all irrigation events will be according to the CAWMP. Violation 4: Land application events will be recorded on the proper IRR 2 form for each irrigation event. Updated forms will be submitted when the new sample sent April 11, 2019 is received, prior to May 31, 2019 deadline. Violation 5: Land application events will be recorded on the proper IRR 2 form for each irrigation event. Violation 6: Solid set system has been disconnected from the designed irrigation system. Low areas on the lagoon embankment have been re -graded; the lagoon marker is at proper elevation. Calibration documentation will be sent prior to May 31, 2019. In the future, I am in the process of trying to sell this farm to a potential buyer and if all goes well I will no longer own this farm.
