I'm looking at our Stormwater Permit Summary: #NCG030401
"Facility Name" instead of Hercules Steel Co -Cumberland it is Hercules Steel Co (I'm not sure if the Cumberland was
added on your end because of the county, but it's never been our company name.)
Under "Legally Responsible for Permit" the email address is wrong
Instead of [e-mail] it is [e-mail]
Under "Permit Contact Person(s)"
Title instead of VP of Operations it is President
The email also needs to be corrected to the above corrected one also.
Under "Permit Billing Contact(s)"
"Contact Name"
Instead of Lewis Jourden it is Lynn Jourden (Mr. Lewis Jourden has been deceased for over a year now.)
