I'm sorry for such a late response to this email. I have been spinning plates.
Attached is an Owner Verification Report for all active Burlington Industries LLC permits in our database.
The manner in which our database is set-up, I need someone that oversees all 3 sites in the "Responsible
Official/Owner" field. Someone who Ed, Robert and Allen report to.
Aa a single point of contact for the owner entity.
The three of them are considered Facility and Permit contacts per our database structure.
Would that be you? Or someone else?
I am working remotely and will be available by phone Tuesday and Wednesday next week 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This is not an urgent issue. I've included my subject matter expert in case I have left out anything important.

Yes, the permit was not renewed at the time this website was set up because there are fees still owed. In our database,
the permit appears to be active, though (as of Feb last year). Suzanne McCoy enabled that renewal in our system, and
she also put the record of the new COC and letter that was generated in our digital repository:

I was reviewing the Burlington Raeford Plant Stormwater Permit and noticed we do not have the new COC. I tried the
online renewal request but it will not let me put the dates in. I downloaded what was in the files and it appears there is an
incorrect mailing address for the facility. I suspect the invoices have been going to the wrong address and the fees have
not been paid.
Can you help with this issue. I can go ahead and pay the past due fees by P Card and I want to get the correct contacts and
mailing address on file.
