The engineers still need the requested amount of impact. Here is some information I received from them
yesterday. There is a sewer line in the bed of the road that is resulting in some fill to raise the road grade to
allow for cover. They are using a 15% tie out slope due to the topography in the area. This amount of fill is
necessary to connect the road to the property to the west. The road slopes are steep enough that they
developer is pursuing an easement to tie out the road grades.

Alan,
The project engineers are working on a revised grading plan that should reduce stream impacts at the road
crossing. I will circle back with them today to remind them that I need the grading plan. It is the site that the
Meck Co post construction buffers extend above the JD end point of the stream.

They failed to show the Stormwater layout. I am having a hard time following the different
segments as they relate to the overall site.

Also, I don't get the 191 ft of stream impact, it seems that is excessive. The road isn't that
wide.
They show a prosperity church rd on the plan, but there is no prosperity church road near the
site (there is a ramah church). What is the area to be with the ? mark. I assume this too will
be part of the project.
Why can't the road crossing go around the top of the channel.
Is this the site we went to? And I extended the stream channel????
