The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, in accordance with the provisions of NC GS 143-
215-.3 (a) (10), 15 NCAC 2H .0800, is pleased to renew certification for your laboratory to perform
specified environmental analyses required by Environmental Management Commission monitoring and
reporting regulations 15 NCAC 2B .0500, 2H .0900 and 2L .0100, .0200, .0300, and 2N .0100 through,
.0800.
Enclosed, for your use, is a certificate 'describing the requirements and limits of your certification. Please
review this certificate and attachment to insure that your laboratory is certified. -for all parameters and .
methods required to properly meet your certification needs. We have also enclosed a contact information
sheet. Please check this information and notify us, in writing, of any changes that need to be made to our
records.
