On February 11, 2011, the Division of Water Quality received the 2010 PAR for
the Moore County Water Pollution Control Plant. The Fayetteville Regional Office has
reviewed the PAR and has determined that the PAR is adequate and satisfies the
requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908 (b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North
Carolina Pretreatment Programs. The next PAR is due by March 1, 2012.
