No impact to the stream bed. Simply shoring up the bank on our property next to the stream bed.

OK, I made some slight changes. You
included impact information in the
section on mitigation; mitigation is not
required for streambank stabilization
projects.
Everything looks good. I will try to get
your approval letter out this
afternoon. If not, you will have it
Monday morning. I will copy Susan
Hickman on that letter so she has a
copy for the project file.
It appears the US Army Corps of
Engineers has determined your project
does not require written application or
approval. Stephanie will let you know if
anything needs to be submitted to the
state. Stephanie, Mr. Sholtis is
proposing 140 SF of Zone 1 impact
(riprap bank stabilization).
