On February 20, 2012, the Division of Water Quality received the 2011 PAR for
the Moore County Water Pollution Control Plant. The Fayetteville Regional Office
reviewed the PAR and determined that the PAR was adequate and satisfied the
requirements of 15A NCAC 2H .0908 (b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North
Carolina Pretreatment Programs. The next PAR is due by March 1, 2013.
