The Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by Mark Brantley, Environmental Senior Specialist, of the Fayetteville Regional Office. The cooperation of Mr. Rex Downs, Facility ORC, and Mrs. Jana Scherer, Laboratory Supervisor, was greatly appreciated. The facility was found to be in compliance with permit NC0037508. As a reminder, preservation of the Waters of the State can only be achieved through consistent NPDES Permit compliance. Comments • Facility was as clean and neat as it could be due to ongoing construction activities. • No environmental impacts were observed from the bypasses that occurredearlier in the year. These bypasses were caused by mechanical issues and construction activities. Please refer to the enclosed inspection report for additional observations and comments.
