I absolutely can make that change to the application with your email as a reference for the authorization of the change,
but I do need verification in writing that I can charge the WBS Element Number the fee. With the application marked as
a courtesy I need the permission to charge the project account for the minor review fee.

I have received a pre-filing meeting request for the subject project, however I am already showing a pre-filing meeting
request was submitted 4/1/2021 for Shoals Falls Widening.
Are there two separate projects/applications coming where one road is Shoal Falls and one Shoals Fall or is this a
duplicate submission?
I know sometimes road names get very similar to one another in the sticks where I live so I wanted to double check
before sending this back as a duplication.
Also if it is a dup, can you confirm if there is an “s” at the end of Shoal please.
