You have marked the application as a “For the Record Only” application and therefore did not provide the Pre-Filing Meeting Information required of projects needing written approval, however you have also marked the application as a NW14, GC 4135 which always requires written approval and therefore would need the Pre-Filing Meeting Information. If this project is indeed a NW14 I need you to verify that the Pre-Filing Information attached would be the coordinating project information and also verify that the minor fee of $240.00 could be charged to the WBS Element # 14C.045166. If this project is a “For the Record Only” project then I would need you to provide the corrected NW/GC Numbers being requested.
