Kevin,
We have received your application for Shoals Falls Road Widening and Paving, however the application has some
misinformation that needs to be cleared up before the application can be considered a complete application and
entered into our database.
You have marked the application as a “For the Record Only” application and therefore did not provide the Pre-Filing
Meeting Information required of projects needing written approval, however you have also marked the application as a
NW14, GC 4135 which always requires written approval and therefore would need the Pre-Filing Meeting Information.
If this project is indeed a NW14 I need you to verify that the Pre-Filing Information attached would be the coordinating
project information and also verify that the minor fee of $240.00 could be charged to the WBS Element # 14C.045166.
If this project is a “For the Record Only” project then I would need you to provide the corrected NW/GC Numbers being
requested.
Application is on hold as an incomplete application until information can be verified.
Thank you,
Kristi Lynn
