Site inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on June 14, 2021. Reid Whitehead
and Nick Adams were present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
~ Station L 180+25 RT (Blair)- Outlet protection above rip rap needs maintenance. Stablize exposed soils on slope from
sewer line work.
~ Station L 147+00 RT - Inlet to slope drain needs maintenance. Excavated spoils need to be stablized and not discarded
adjacent to measure. Outlet adjacent to JS needs maintenance.
~ Station L 130+00 RT (Anderson) - Residual sediment less than 2 inches reported and observed in old pond bottom.
Does not need to be removed at this time. Continue to monitor. If more than 2 inches accumulates, then this will require
removal. A wetland seed mix should be applied to the saturated areas after site is stable.
~ Station L 131+50 LT - Maintain inlet protection at stormwater box.
