Reid Whitehead and Nick Adams were present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention: ~ Station L 180+25 RT (Blair)- Outlet protection above rip rap needs maintenance. Stablize exposed soils on slope from sewer line work. ~ Station L 147+00 RT - Inlet to slope drain needs maintenance. Excavated spoils need to be stablized and not discarded adjacent to measure. Outlet adjacent to JS needs maintenance. ~ Station L 130+00 RT (Anderson) - Residual sediment less than 2 inches reported and observed in old pond bottom. Does not need to be removed at this time. Continue to monitor. If more than 2 inches accumulates, then this will require removal. A wetland seed mix should be applied to the saturated areas after site is stable. ~ Station L 131+50 LT - Maintain inlet protection at stormwater box.
