I see in BIMS where you withdrew Version 1 on 6/4/07....can we have a copy of the letter,
please?
With this new version there was a letter dated 6/11/07 that says after review no 401 is
required....is that for Ver 1 or Ver 2?
Is Ver 2 to be considered a courtesy copy?
Bev is the recipient of everything incoming for scanning puposes - & this one is causing
her fits
