The mine was previously inspected in November 2020 and was found to not have a stormwater permit. Inspection performed
to verify the information submitted in the NOI application. The information included in the NOI application appears to be
accurate. A portion of the area under the mining permit is being mined at this time. The area drains to Basin A. Coverage
under the NCG02 is recomended.
