Thank you for sending the update and the soils report. The infiltration rates of the weathered rock and saprolite are
impressive.
Please contact me if you discuss the sediment
let me know when you submit the application so that I will know to look out for it.

Annette,
I wanted to touch base with you to give you a status update on the stormwater plan for Ashley Furniture. ECS
performed infiltration tests in the pond last Friday — see the attached report. The results were very good. I am still
evaluating the sediment storage component that you and I discussed a couple of weeks ago, and will finalize that within
a few days. I'll e -mail that information to you for discussion when I've wrapped it up. I anticipate having the plan
finalized within a couple of weeks, and will forward more information to you as we continue to move forward.
The test pit data labeled as "Stormwater Management Device #2" relates to an area that is being considered for
treatment of runoff from a future parking lot. We decided to go ahead and evaluate that area when the track hoe was
on site.
Let me know if you have any questions or comments at this point. Thanks.
