Subject: FW: 12 -160 Overall Stormwater Plan - Ashley Furniture
I spoke with Neal today and got some clarification about what is going on with the french drains.
They are possibilities for handing the SW from a future phase (the southeast trailer parking area).
They do not impact the SW plan for the current phase that we are expecting soon.
It sounds like Neal will submit the SW plan either Friday or early next week - he hopes to give us a definite answer
tomorrow on the site.

Attached you will find the overall stormwater management plan. The BMP's for the northeast and southeast trailer
parking areas are shown as place holders only and have not been sized. I will have those sized on a preliminary basis
