Mike — by all means, please feel free tend to the other projects on your plate this Friday, as enough of your time has
been indulged in this effort . Annette and Sue will be able to address the 401 - specific stormwater issues involved in this
application. It's good to see that the stormwater plan will now be provided on the same day as the site visit. Thank you
for the additional time and effort you have devoted to this project.

Neal and I decided that changing the site visit to Friday morning would be more efficient for everyone involved. This
way, we will save Mike Moran and Neal Tucker the trip to Raleigh Friday morning to deliver the stormwater plan
(instead Mike Randall and I can deliver it for them — I think that is excellent customer service).
The purpose of the site visit is to discuss stormwater treatment for future phases. However, it will be handy to be at the
site while we are discussing the stormwater plan for the current phase — if we have any questions, we can go take a look
at the site.

Per our telephone conversation, I have communicated to Mike the suggestion to reschedule the site meeting for Friday,
and it is acceptable to him. We can do a site reconnaissance then meet to review the stormwater plan. The meeting is
rescheduled for 10:00 am.
