I am reviewing your application for NPDES Stormwater coverage under NCG190000 for McCotters Marina (NOI# NCG190116). I am unable to processes this application for the following reasons: • No outfalls are listed. Please provide a list and location of all outfalls onsite. • Since the facility is a Small Quantity Generator of hazardous waste, the following must be answered: o Types of waste: o How material is stored: o Where material is stored: o How many disposal shipments per year: o Name of transport / disposal vendor: o Vendor address: • Outfalls not shown on site plans. A site plan clearly marking the location(s) of the outfall(s) must be provided. This is my third attempt to gather this information.
