You are absolutely correct - GC 4175 should be utilized for this project and does correspond with the NWP-3. After
reviewing into the application, the proposed impacts would not require written authorization utilizing GC 4175. I do
apologize for my confusion on the corresponding GC!

Please see above for the circulation and correspondence from Sheri. Our determination was through the 4175 that
indicates no concurrence is required for shoreline stabilization that with less than 100ft2 of CW fill and less than 10'
waterward of NHW. The project is to bulkhead off an existing boat ramp where CW have volunteered. At the opening
of the ramp the bulkhead would be 2ft waterward of NHW.
I do believe there was an error on our end concerning the pre -filing (Email from Sheri). Please let me know about the no
concurrence determination and your possible timetable.

Hey folks,
I am unable to locate the application/project being submitted to DWR. Are you able to track down when the application
was submitted to DWR Gregg?
It appears that due to this being authorized under NWP-3, and the 20SF of coastal wetland fill as described, then this
would require written authorization under our corresponding GC 4132. However, this would also require the 30 day pre -
filing requirement if we are unable to track down a submission.
