After a review, it appears that the test was ran at an effluent percentage of 0.65% rather than the 0.03% required in Section A(2) of your most recently issued permit (attached above). If you have documentation that differs from this requirement, please let ATB know as soon as possible for review. ATB will accept these results due to the fact that the test passed at a higher effluent percentage than what is required in your permit. Please review your permit and reach out to your lab (cc’d on this email) to ensure that your future tests are performed at the proper dilution (0.03%) and compliant with your permit. It also appears that the electronic submittal option for Toxicity ATForms was not included in your issued permit. ATB now accepts ATForms electronically to the ATForms.ATB@ncdenr.gov email address. If you would like to submit quarterly forms via email, please include a signed PDF attachment of your ATForm, along with your permit #, facility name, and month tested in the subject line. Once reviewed by ATB staff, you will receive a confirmation email and no additional mailed paper copy is required. Please let us know if you have any questions. Thank you, Zach Thomas Environmental Specialist II Aquatic Toxicology Branch NCDEQ – Division of Water Resources 919-743-8439 (I am currently teleworking and email is the quickest form of communication.)
