Site Inspection was conducted by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office on June 11, 2021. Jason Messer
was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
-Remove plastic matting on stream bench underneath bridge. Can replace with coir fiber or leave open if bench is all
rock.
-Remove plastic matting on stream bank (Left Bank Descending) below new bridge. Replace with coir fiber matting.
-Add groundcover per NPDES groundcover requirements in areas not actively being worked.
NPDES records were up to date.
