Dear Mr. Allen,
This letter is in response to the Notice of Deficiency letter received for the violation of
insufficient freeboard at the Taylors Bridge Farm, facility number 82-692 and located in Sampson
County.
This farms irrigation staff have begun irrigation activities. The farm submitted a POA and has been
actively working on getting the lagoon level back into compliance. The irrigation staff has worked to
bring the lagoon level into compliance. The staff has been able to get the lagoon to 51 inches.
