Cindy Allen of 1002 North Shore Drive West in Sunset Beach, NC
(Brunswick County) is proposing a new docking facility with a floating
dock and a boat lift. The water depths are inadequate per DMF
regulations in a Primary Nursery Area. The docking facility will consist
of a fixed pier, a covered gazebo, a floating dock, and a boat lift.
