The stormwater samples were collected on May 3, 2021. Results from this sampling event show an exceed ance of the following parameter(s) at or above the corresponding benchmark: • SDQ #001 (05-03-2021) - Zinc - 0.200 mg/L (Benchmark 0.126 mg/L) • SDO #002 (05-03-2021) -Zinc - 0.270 mg/L (Benchmark 0.126 mg/L) ■ SDQ #002 (05-03-2021) - Copper- 0.015 mg/L (Benchmark 0.010 mg/L) Daimler remains in Tier 3 at SD❑ #001 and SD❑ #002 for Zinc and Copper. Shield will continue to perform monthly sampling per Tier requirements until instructed to decrease sampling frequency by Daimler. (Shield) successfully collected monthly stormwater samples for Stormwater Discharge Outfalls (SDO) #001 and #002 at the Mount Holly facility for the nionth of May 2021. During the May V sampling event, Shield's Feld measurements of pH were 6.5 and 6.5 at SDO 4001 and SDO 4002, respectively. In addition to collection of samples, Shield performed Qualitative Monitoring at SDO #001 and 4002. A partially completed discharge monitoring report (DMR) is attached, as well as the analytical results and Qualitative Monitoring Report forms. The person designated to act as the permittee by Daimler Trucks — Mount Holly facility should sign pages 1 and 2 of the DMR. The signed DMR form should then be mailed to the regulatory agency regional office at Mooresville, NC. Results from the May 3'a sampling event show cxceedances at SDO #001 for Zinc and at SDO #002 for Zinc and Copper. Daimler remains in Tier 3 at SDO #001 and SDO #002 for Zinc, Copper and TSS. Shield will continue to perform monthly sampling per Tier 2 requirements until instructed to decrease sampling frequency by Daimler.
